摘　　要：1924年,以工人阶级为基础的英国工党经过23年的发展,初次上台执政,施行了一系列的政策措施。其中国内政策最主要的业绩就是在住房方面,制定了《惠特利住宅法,》对于工人阶级住房实行建筑补贴。英国住房问题的出现及政府的住房政策演变,是促使英国工党1924年上台后制定《惠特利住宅法》的原因。In 1924, through 23 years＇ development and taking the working class as the foundation, me English Labor Party primarily came to power and executed a series of policies. The main achievement of home s housing policy, discusses the housing policy during the English Labor Party being in power in 1924, the forrnulatation＇s reason, process and the influence of ＂Wheatley Housing Law＂.
