原材料理论对西部资源富集区发展的启示

摘　　要：在我国西部有许多资源富集的地区,但是绝大部分地区的发展水平比较低,甚至许多地区是国家反贫困重点扶持的地区。对于这些地区的发展问题应立即着手制定相关的措施,以避免这些地区在还没有建立支柱产业的时候就已经陷入无法持续发展的困境。Most of the resource-abundant regions in western China development level are still lower, even many areas are the main regions assisted by the government. These resource-abundant regions level of development is not only lower now, but also possibility to lost the basic production living condition and local resources industry in the future because of local environment damage. For these reasons, we should make some measures to avoid the resources over-exploitation and the environment is destroyed before the local pillar industry set up in these areas.
