广东民办高校办学与人才培养基奉情况调查与分析

摘　　要：本文从广东民办高校办学条件的基本情况，民办高校办学体制与运行机制，民办高校指导思想、定位和办学特色，民办高校师资队伍，民办高校人才培养模式和人才培养质量，民办高校校园文化建设等5个维度切入，对2007年广东省教育厅“关于民办高校规范管理、促进民办高等教育健康发展专题调研报告”的数据进行统计分析，得出了广东省民办高校发展现状和存在问题的基本结论。From the following five aspects of basic situation of school-running conditions for private universities in Guangdong Province, the school-running mechanism and operation system, guiding thoughts, orientation and education traits, building of teaching faculty, talent education modes and quality of education, and the last, the construction of campus cultures in private universities, the author makes a statistic analysis on the data from the scientific program in 2007 ＂On the Investigation of a Special Subject for Normative Managing the Private Universities, and Promoting its Development＂ by the Education Department of Guangdong Province. And, based above, the author reaches her conclusion about the current situation and existing problems of the development of private universities in Guangdong Province.
