和谐校园建设与大学生自我教育和自我管理

摘　　要：结合高校和谐校园建设的意义，揭示大学生自我教育自我管理不仅是以人为本的科学发展观的根本要求，也是大学生全面发展的内在诉求。并从五个方面分析大学生自我教育自我管理的必要性：一是其自身发展的需要；二是社会主义市场经济发展的要求；三是高等教育改革的需要；四是终身教育的客观性要求；五是高校和谐校园建设的崇高历史使命。It is not only the fundamental requirements of people-centered scientific outlook of development but also the inherent demand of comprehensive development of university students to explore college students＇ self-education and self-management with the combination of the meaning of building harmonious campus. In this paper, the author analyzes the need of university students＇ self-education self-management from five aspects： their own development needs, the development of the Socialist market economy, the need to reform the higher education, the objectivity of life-long education, and lofty historic mission to build harmonious campus.
