清花工序棉卷回潮率与生条棉结的关系分析

摘　　要：运用统计学的频数分布表和直方图工具分析了不同配棉的棉卷回潮率在不同季节时的状态分布,同时也对生条棉结的状态分布进行了分析,并将二者的相关关系进行了对比。结果表明:不同原棉、不同棉卷回潮率对生条棉结的影响具有一定的相关性,指出要根据不同原棉、不同季节合理控制清花工序棉卷回潮率,以达到有效控制生条棉结的目的。Analysis is done to the moisture regain of varieties of cotton laps in different seasons with the statistic frequence distribution chart and the histogram along with the control analysis of the sliver neps distribution. Conclusion is made that moisture regain of different cotton and different laps is related with the sliver neps to some extent. Something must be done to control the moisture regain of cotton laps according to the varieties of cotton and the seasons for better control of sliver neps in blowing process.
