摘 要:光生物调节作用(photobiomodulation,PBM)是激光或单色光(laser irradiation or monochromatic light,LI)对生物系统的非损伤调节作用,包括低强度LI(low intensity LI,LIL)的PBM(LIL PBM,LPBM)和中等强度LI(moderate intensity LI,MIL)的PBM(MIL PBM,MPBM)。功能内稳态(function-specific homeostasis,FSH)是生物系统维持某种功能稳定发挥的负反馈状态。从FSH的角度可以将PBM分为内稳态PBM(FSH PBM,fPBM)和发展PBM(developmental PBM,dPBM)。 Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a non-damaging modulation of laser irradiation or monochromatic light (LI) on a biological system (biosystem). PBM includes the PBM of low intensity LI (LIL) ( 10 mW/cm^2 ) ( LPBM ) and the PBM of moderate intensity LI (MIL) ( 102 mW/cm^2 ~ 10^3 10^3mW/cm^2 ) (MPBM). Function-specific homeostasis (FSH) is a negative-feedback response of a biosystem to maintain the function-specific constant conditions inside the biosystem so that its function is fully performed. PBM is then classified as FSH PBM (fPBM) and developmental PBM (dPBM). fPBM is so defined that there is no PBM on the biosystem in FSH but it can modulate the function of the biosystem far from FSH. dPBM is so defined that it can disrupt FSH. MPBM is mediated by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Both LPBM and level ROS mediated MPBM are fPBM, but high level ROS mediated MPBM is dPBM. Low level LI therapy is a clinic application of fPBM, and is also a cellular rehabilitation if the dose of LI is carefully chosen.
