摘  要:在阐明优化配置密切相关的基础上,介绍南阳市的水资源概况,提出该市存在着供水水源单一、缺乏较为科学的水资源开发利用总体规划、水质污染已影响到城市供水、地下水动态监测与研究滞后等问题。在进行城市水资源优化配置时应坚持公平性、再循环性和开源与节流并重的原则,提出合理开发多种水资源、加大水资源管理力度、加强地下水监测和预警工作、完善水务管理体制、建立合理的水价形成机制等措施。The relation between water health circulation and water resources optimization disposition is very close. The article introduces the situation of water resources and puts forward some questions that the water supply water source is unitary, lacks the overall plan of the more scientific exploitation and utilization of water resources, the water pollution has affected the urban water supply, the groundwater dynamic monitored and the research work lag and so on. When carries on the urban water resources optimization disposes must insist the principle that the fairness, recycle and pay equal attention to create and save the source, proposed that reasonable development many kinds of water resources, increase the water resources management, strengthen the ground water monitor and the early warning work, build up the consummation water supplies management system and reasonable water price forming mechanism and other measures.
