摘　　要：介绍了天津市非常规水资源开发利用现状,分析了其在开发利用中存在的主要问题,提出了加快非常规水资源开发利用的对策建议:(1)尽快实现全市水事务统一管理;(2)建立合理的水价结构和水价体系;(3)完善非常规水资源利用的工程措施;(4)建立完善非常规水资源利用的保障体系;(5)利用科技手段推进非常规水资源开发利用。The article introduces the present condition of Tianjin unconventional water resources＇exploitation and utilization and analyzes the main problems happening in the course. It put forwards some countermeasures and suggestions to quicken water resources＇ exploitation and uses. Firstly, it is to achieve the uniform management of citywide water affairs as soon as possible. Secondly, it is to establish the reasonable construction and system of water price. Thirdly, it is to consummate the engineering measures of the unconventional water resources＇ utilization. Fourthly, it is to establish and consummate the safeguard system of the unconventional water resources＇uses. Fifthly, it is to push the unconventional water resources＇exploitation and uses with the scientific measures.
