摘　　要：借鉴美国NCAA篮球一级联赛的成功经验,探索CUBA自身发一规律.指出:CUBA前景广阔,必能成为培养篮球运动后备人才的基地;CUBA还处于初具规模阶段,尚不能从根本上推动我国篮球运动的持续发展;CUBA必须加强训练管理,按照体育人才培养规律营造培养环境;CUBA要加强教练队伍的业务培训,提高教练员的整体水平.Draw lessons from successful experience of the one class league match of American NCAA basketball, investigate the development regulation of the CUBA oneself. Point out： The CUBA foreground is vast, can not fail to become develop basketball sport posterity just of base; The CUBA is still placed in a beginning to have a scale stage, still can＇ t push by the root our country basketball exercise of keep on a development; The CUBA has to strengthen to train a management, developing the development environment of the regulation construction according to the athletics talented person, slicing to guarantee a talented person to grow up actually;The CUBA wants to strengthen the business training of coach troops, raising the whole level of coach member.
