摘　　要：《文心雕龙·丽辞》在丽辞的产生、丽辞使用的语言材料、丽辞的互文特色、丽辞激发的审美联想等多方面体现了鲜明的能指性。In the study of ＂Wen xin diao long＂, ＂Lici＂ chapter＇s theoretical value has been to ignore. Based on the text of ＂lici＂, the book balanced overall grasp and modern literary theory and linguistics. The analysis of Liuxie＇s ＂Lici＂ classification shows a theoretical significance： From ＂Lici＇s＂ generation, the use of lauguage materials, intertextuality characteristics, inspired by the aesthetic immagination and so on, ＂Lici＂ has distinct signfier essence.
