论《就业促进法》对农民工平等就业权的保护

摘　　要：《就业促进法》是我国就业领域的第一部基本法律。其中,对农民工平等就业权的保护分别从"总一分"两个角度进行了规定。但农民工的平等就业权又有一定特殊性,为了加强对该项权利的保护,必须进一步完善《就业促进法》中的相关规定。People＇s Republic of China ＂Employment Promotion Law＂ is the first basic law in the fields of employment in China. It regulates the protection for the peasant workers＇ equal employment right from the different angle. But the right is of a certain peculiarity. In order to further enhance the protection for the peasant workers＇ equal employment right, the definition in the law must be perfected.
