英美两国监听制度的比较与借鉴

摘　　要：监听作为一种特殊的秘密侦查手段被运用,在侦查技术迅猛发展的今天已经成为一种趋势,各国关于监听的立法也日趋成熟。鉴于我国对监听立法相当薄弱的现状,本文试图从英美两国监听制度的比较与借鉴来完善我国的监听制度。Monitor as a special secret investigative techniques being used in the investigation of the rapid development of technology has become a trend today. The States on the eavesdropping legislation matures. Given our weak legislation to monitor the status quo, The paper compares between Britain and the United States on the monitoring systems to improve our monitoring system.
