摘  要:研究了温度、盐度、pH、光照强度等理化因子对双齿许水蚤(Schraackeria dubin)孵化率的影响。结果表明,温度对双齿许水蚤的孵化率影响显著(P〈0.05),其最适温度为30℃,孵化率达82.7%;盐度对双齿许水蚤的孵化率影响不显著(P〉0.05),在盐度5~40的范围内均能正常孵化;pH对双齿许水蚤的孵化率影响显著(P〈0.05),其适宜pH为6.5~8.5,孵化率达83.0%;光照强度对双齿许水蚤的孵化率影响显著(P〈0.05),在照度为100 lx时其孵化率为69.1%,在1000 lx时孵化率大幅度降低至8.8%,在4000 lx以上时,其不能孵化甚至出现死亡。The effects of temperature, salinity, pH and illuminance on the hatching rate of Schmackeria dubin were studied. The result showed that temperature had a significant effect upon S. dubin (P 〈 0.05), at the most suitable temperature of 30 ℃, the hatching rate reached 82.7%. Salinity did not affect significantly on the hatching rate of Schmackeria dubin (P 〉 0.05). S. dubin's hatching rate was normal when the salinity was in a range from 5 to 40. The influence of pH upon S. dubin's hatching rate was significant (P 〈 0.05), optimal range of pH was 6.5 - 8.5, while the hatching rate was high, reaching 83.0%. Illuminance affected the hatching rate of S. dubin (P 〈 0.05), the hatching rate was 69.1% when illuminance was 100 lx, and the hatching rate had drastically reduced to 8.8% when it was 1000 lx. However, S. dubin could not be hatched and even died when illuminance was 4 000 lx or above.
