摘  要:为了准确的测定圆柱螺旋弹簧的应力分布情况,采用有限元分析软件COSMOSWORKS2007,在SOLIDWORKS中建立某一型号圆柱螺旋弹簧的模型,在模型的两端分别添加了压板,旨在克服圆柱螺旋弹簧在分析过程中加力不准的情况。在对圆柱螺旋弹簧进行网格划分过程中,弹簧和压板采用相同的材料。对一端的压板和螺旋端采用双约束,在另一端添加法向力,分析结果显示,圆柱螺旋弹簧的最大值出现在内侧,通过传统理论的计算方法计算出的理论值和该方法分析的最大值相比较,证明采用COSMOSWORKS分析该模型的方法是准确的。这种方法直观快速的反映出了最大应力值及其出现的位置,为优化设计圆柱螺旋弹簧提供了方便、直观、可靠的参考数据。To determine cylindrically helical spring's stress distribution accurately, COSMOSWORKS2007 FE software is used, establishing some cylindrically helical spring's model in SOLIDWORKS2007, To avoid the situation that the inaccurate load could be applied in the analyzing process ,the plates are added separately in both sides. In the meshing process of the cylindrically helical spring, the spring and the plates are the same material. One end of the cylindrically helical spring and the plate are constraint with double restraint, in the other end added radial force. The analysis result shows that the maximum stress appears in the inside of the spring. Compared with the theoretical maximum value based on traditional method, the result shows that using COSMOSWORKS to analyze this model is accurate. The method can give the maximum stress and its position quickly and accurately, providing a convenient, intuitive and reliable method and reference materials for the optimal design of cylindrically helical spring.
