摘 要:系统总结了裂解碳九(C_9)来源、组成及其综合利用情况;指出裂解碳九加氢技术是裂解碳九综合利用的核心和关键技术;详述了裂解碳九加氢生产高品质芳烃溶剂油或调和油、裂解碳九闪蒸油加氢生产溶剂油及全加氢裂解碳九加氢轻质化增产BTX;重点分析了裂解碳九加氢工艺和催化剂技术,强调了原料预处理、反应工艺和催化剂设计等要点。The sources and compositions of steam cracking C9 cut in China and overseas were reviewed. Hydrotreating is the key technology for C9 cut upgrading. Centering on the hydrotreating utilization of C9 cuts, several new processes were summarized, including production of premium boiling aromatic solvent or gasoline blend, flash oil hydrogenation to solvent and conversion of hydrogenated C9 cuts by hydrodealkylation and transalkylation to BTX (benzene, toluene, xylene). The hydrogenation technologies, as well as catalysts used in hydrotreating, were analyzed and compared, and feedstock pretreatment, reaction process and catalyst design were discussed.
