捷制500MW机组冷却塔冬季结冰原因分析及改造

摘　　要：针对神头第二发电厂捷制500MW机组1号、2号双曲线自然通风冷却塔冬季严重结冰及淋水层内立柱、淋水装置支撑梁、塔筒内壁水泥变酥、脱落、钢筋腐蚀,淋水填料严重脱落进行了分析,从提高机组真空度及循环水冷却效果出发,提出了一些整改措施及应注意的问题。Some innovation mesures and notice are put forward to increase the vacuum and improve the cooling effect of the circling water, based on the analysis of the great freezing of the hyperbola-natural-ventilation-cooling tower, and the shedding and softening of the concrete on the inner pylon, the inner wall, and on the trickle-cooler-support girder of the tower, and the analysis about the the corroding of the steel bar, and the severe shelling of the shower suffer.
