摘  要:在信号注入法的基础上,改进了测量配电网电容电流的方法,并给出了新方法的误差分析。改进后的测量方法综合了扫频法和分频法的特点,它从母线电压互感器二次侧开口三角端注入幅值相同、频率不同的电流信号,同时测量开口三角端的零序电压,根据系统反映到电压互感器二次侧的信息,通过关系方程来计算系统的对地电容电流。最后,通过理论分析和仿真对比实验验证,改进后的测量方法具有操作简单、测量精度高的特点,可以使配电网电容电流的测量更加准确、便捷。On the basis of the signal injecting method, the way to measure capacitance current in distribution network is improved, and the error of the improved method is studied too. The improved method integrates sweep frequency method and two frequency method together. In the new method, zero-sequence voltages of the secondary side of bus voltage transformer are measured when current signals with the same amplitude and different frequency are injected into the secondary side of voltage transformer. Using the information of power system reflected to the secondary side of voltage transformer, the capacitance current to ground can be calculated by the relation equations. According to the principle analysis and the results of simulative experiment, this new method has the advantages of convenient operation and high accuracy, which will make the measurement of capacitance current in distribution network more accurate and convenient.
