摘 要:某电厂1号超临界压力机组的原水池、预处理系统、除盐系统、废水处理系统在调试过程中发生了严重的污染,出水浊度由平时的0.1NTU上升至3NTU。通过水质和树脂分析化验,确认树脂受到了悬浮物和油污染。考虑到树脂交换性能未受到较大的影响,提出了复苏树脂的污染处理方案,并介绍了各系统和设备的处理步骤。复苏处理后,出水浊度小于3NTU,树脂损失量大为减少。最后,对复苏处理方案和更换新树脂方案进行了经济性比较,结果是前者的费用比后者少很多,有较大的经济效益。The raw water pool, pretreatment system, demineralizing system and waste water treating system for No. 1 supercritical pressure unit of a certain power plant suffered severe pollution during commissioning, the turbidity of effluent water rising up to 3 NTU from the usual 0. 1 NTU. Water quality and resin assay showed that the resin was contaminated by suspended solid and oil. On account of the fact that the exchange performance of resin was not affected notably, a pollution treating scheme to recover the resin was implemented. The effluent turbidity after the resin recovery is less than 3 NTU with resin losses considerably reduced. This paper describes the treating process in detail, and makes a comparison between the recovery scheme and the resin replacing scheme economically, drawing a conclusion that the former costs much less and has greater economic benefits than the latter.
