摘　　要：本文以环境水文学的观点,分析了湖南省水量平衡要素与自然环境的相互关系;探讨了人类活动对水量平衡的影响;通过水资源的供需平衡分析,对认识湖南水资源的特点,以及合理利用和保护均具有重要意义。In the view of environmental hydrology,the paper analyses the relationshipbetween factors of water balance in Hunan and natural environment.It also discu-sses the influence of human activities on water balance.Through analysing thebalance of the providing and needing of water resource,the paper has very importantsignificance in learning the characteristics of water resource in Hunan and in pro-tecting and making proper use of the water resource.
