摘　　要：胰岛素的植入式给药与口服、注射给药相比较,具有缓释、长效的特点,是一种比较理想的给药方式。下面就植入型释药系统、胰岛素植入式给药系统的类型及其特点、胰岛素经种植牙和根管给药的可行性等方面的研究进展作一综述。Implantable drug delivery system, with the feature of slow release and long work time, is an effective route of administration for insulin comparing with oral and injectable administration. The purpose of the present paper is to review the research progresses in the implantable release drug delivery systems, types and character of implantable delivery systems of insulin and the feasibility of its new routes of administration through dental implant and root canal.
