牙周膜细胞分化相关因子Scleraxis的研究进展

摘　　要：Scleraxis是与中胚层发育和分化有关的转录因子,自1995年被发现以来,对其研究基本上局限于胚胎发育方面。牙周组织起源于外胚间充质,属于中胚层来源。因此,人们对Scleraxis在牙周组织中的作用也产生了浓厚兴趣,并且发现Scleraxis是与牙周膜细胞分化密切相关的一个重要因子。下面就Scleraxis的研究现状作一综述。Seleraxis is one of transcription factors associated with development and differentiation in mesoderm. Since it was first isolated in 1995, the studies of Scleraxis were focused on embryogenesis. Considering the origin of periodontium is mesoderm, the effects of Scleraxis on periodontal ligament are interesting. And it is thought that Scleraxis is one of factors associated with differentiation of periodontal ligament cells. Therefore, this review will show contemporary studies in embryology and cytology of Scleraxis.
