摘 要:运用MAP(磷酸铵镁)法处理高浓度饲料级磷酸氢钙母液,研究了处理的最优反应条件并分析了最优条件下所得产物成分。结果表明,母液处理的最优反应条件为pH=9.5,n(NH4+)∶n(PO34-)=1∶1,反应时间10 min,反应温度40℃以下。该条件下,当温度为40℃时,PO43-、Mg2+和Ca2+的去除率分别达到98.46%、92.54%和98.48%,残留浓度分别为15.91、70.25和2.94 mg/L。生成的沉淀产物中P2O5、NH4+-N、CaO和MgO所占重量百分比分别为29.08%、6.07%、2.83%和15.91%,所含MAP可作为肥料回收利用。Highly concentrated mother solution of feed-grade calcium hydrophosphate was treated by magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) process, The optimal reaction conditions were investigated and the constituents of product were analyzed. The results indicated that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: pH of 9.5, n(NH4+ ):n(PO4^3+ ) ratio of 1:1, reaction time of 10 minutes and reaction temperature below 40℃. Under these conditions, when the temperature was 40℃ in the mother solution, the resultant removal efficiency of PO4^3+ , Mg2+ and Ca2+ reached to 98.46% , 92.54% and 98.48% , and the residual concentration was 15.91 mg/L, 70.25 mg/ L and 2.94 mg/L, respectively. The ingredient content of Pz05, NH4+ -N, CaO and MgO in the precipitates were 29, 08% , 6.07% , 2, 83% and 15.91% , respectively, and MAP involved can be reused as a fertilizer.
