摘  要:为了提高生物法净化甲苯气体的去除能力,对甲苯降解过程中的中间产物控制问题进行了研究。以甲苯为碳源,驯化分离出甲苯降解菌Pseudomonasputida,通过封闭系统的反应器试验,测定降解菌体的生长特性和中间代谢产物对甲苯矿化的影响,在生物滴滤实验系统(φ40mm×H500mm)上,研究甲苯降解的中问产物产生、积累和控制问题。结果表明,甲苯的降解中主要有中间产物邻苯二酚的积累,中间产物邻苯二酚的氧化反应支持了Pseudomonasputida菌的生物合成。当气体流量60~100L/h,甲苯人口浓度0.14~1.71g/m3时,邻苯二酚最大累积量为0.045mg/L;采用白天运行12h,夜间停运12h的模拟工况运行方式,停止有机废气基质供应时,生物降解积累的中间产物邻苯二酚在6~10h内完全矿化,邻苯二酚继续氧化可转化为生物量,维持系统的稳定性。In order to improve the elimination control in degradation was researched. Pseudomonas when toluene was the carbon source in this research. capacity of toluene by biotrickling filter, the intermediates putida consortium was domesticated for the biotrickling filter Closed-system batch experiment was used to test the vegeta- tive character of Pseudomonas putida and the intermediates interacting effects on the mineralization of toluene. One bench-scale biotrickling filter (th 40 mm x H 500 mm) was used to investigate the accumulation and control of intermediates in toluene degradation. The results show that accumulation of intermediates exists during the degradation of toluene by Pseudomonas putida. The major intermediate identified is catechol, oxidations of which are linked to biomass synthesis. When the gas flux and inlet toluene concentration are in the range of 60 -100 L/h and 0.14 - 1.71 g/m3 respectively, the highest catechol concentration is 0. 045 mg/L. When using the running mode,which is 12 h daytime operation and 12 h shut down, the catechol accumulated during biodegrada- tion can be totally mineralized within 6 - 10 h during shutdown periods, which is linked to biomass synthesis and good performance of biotrckling filter.
