摘 要:研究了锌在碱渣表面的吸附特征。结果表明,碱渣总吸附量随体系温度的升高而降低;随体系pH值的升高而增加;随吸附质初始浓度的增加而增大。在pH<5.51时其等温吸附能较好地符合Freudlich等温吸附规律,而在pH>5.51时,能较好地符合Langmuir等温吸附规律,吸附热随pH的增大而升高。当pH≤5.51时,碱渣的吸附力以范德华力和疏水键力的作用为主,而当pH>6.17时,以化学键力为主。在pH为5.05、6.07和7.03时,碱渣对Zn2+的吸附动力学方程都以Langmuir方程的拟合效果最优。Adsorption characteristics of zinc ions on the surface of alkaline sludge were studied. Results showed that the total adsorption amount was increased with the system temperature rise,increasing with the pH value and zinc ions' initial concentration rise. The adsorption data were best described by Freundlich equation when pH value 〈 5.51 and by Langmuir equation when pH value 〉 5.51. The increase of pH value resulted in an increase of the adsorption heat on alkaline sludge. The adsorption forces of zinc ions on alkaline sludge varied substantially with the changes of pH value, while van der Waals' force and bond of hydrophobic dominated when pI-I value≤5.51 and chemical bond force became the main force when pH value 〉 6. 17. When pH = 5.05, 6. 07 and 7.03, the adsorption kinetics of alkaline sludge can be best described by Langmuir equation.
