固化灰浆防渗墙墙体材料力学性能的研究

摘  要:目的研究固化灰浆防渗墙墙体浆材的配合比及固化工艺,计算实际墙体的应力与应变等力学参数.方法采用室内正交试验与模拟试验的方法,进行防渗墙固化灰浆配制和成墙固化工艺的研究;运用Duncan-chang的E-ν双曲线模型及E-K弹性模型计算防渗墙墙体的力学性能指标.结果固化灰浆墙体浆材固结28 d的抗压强度为0.5~1.5 MPa、弹性模量为70~150 MPa、渗透系数为10-6~10-8cm/s;所选用的固化工艺凝结时间可控性好,能在凝结固化时间内形成墙体;低弹模的固化灰浆防渗墙墙体位移主要由坝体位移决定,墙体抗压强度由墙体所受的大主应力值决定.结论试验优选出的固化灰浆配合比较好,其物理力学性能指标符合防渗工程要求;按Duncan-chang的E-ν双曲线模型计算固化灰浆防渗墙体的力学性能指标比较符合实际,其计算结果可靠;防渗墙成槽所用泥浆的性能对墙体的力学性能影响很大,不分散低固相泥浆应作为防渗墙的护壁泥浆首选.固化灰浆防渗墙具有较高的工程推广应用价值.The purpose of the study is to make certain the proportion and solidified technics of grouting material of solidified mortar diaphragm wall, rightly compute stresses and strains on it. Adopting method of the indoor orthogonal test and the simulation test, carried on the study of solidification mortar configuration and solidified technics for solidified mortar diaphragm wall. At the same time mechanics performance index of it was computed by Duncan-Chang's E-model and E-K elastic model. When this kind of wall grouting material solidifies for 28 days, its compressive strength is 0.5-- 1.5 MPa, its elasticity coefficient is 70-- 150 MPa, its penetration coefficient is 10^-6 ~ 10^-8 cm/s. Solidification technics has good controllability in concreting time, as it cart form the wall body within coagulation time. The displacement of diaphragm wall for solidified mortar of lower flexible module is mainly decided by dam displacement, and its compressive strength is determined by the bigger principal stress value on the wall. The proportion of solidified mortar chosen by experiments is quite good, its physical mechanics performance index accords with requirement of the anti-seepage project. Mechanical performance of anti-seepage wall computed by Duncan-Chang E-v hyperbolic curve model answers for need of practice engineering, its computed result is reliable, and the proportion of hardened slurry obtained by optimizing method is worthily popularized. Performance of the mud which is used in the slot segment of anti-seepage wall has much to do with mechanical properties of the wall, the unscattered low solid phase mud should become first choice of breast wall mud on diaphragm wall. And the anti-seepage wall of solidification mortar has the high project promotion application value.
