摘　　要：今天,信息技术已成为第一生产力的重要组成部分,许多国家都在制定本国2000年高科技及信息技术发展规划。在发达国家,信息高速公路已开始启动,计算机技术高速发展日趋普及。我国近10年来也开始重视情报事业的发展,情报人员正主动迎接90年代面临的严峻考验。Today information technology has become the most important component part of the first productive forces.Many countries are working out their own developing programme of high science & technology and information technology in the year 2000.In the developed countries ,information high way has been started to use ,and computer technology has developed rapidly and become more and more universal.Our country has begun to attach great importance to the development of information work.The information personnel are also greeting the facing severe test of 1990's on their own initiative
