元首口服液对家兔SOD的影响

摘　　要：给实验家兔喂元首口服液１个月，测定用药前后家兔血清ＳＯＤ活力，结果示：服药前后ＳＯＤ活力分别为１３４．４４±１１．８５ＮＵ／ｍｌ和１５２．６±９．０３ＮＵ／ｍｌ，两者比较Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有高度显著性，说明元首口服液有明显提高动物ＳＯＤ活力，延缓动物机体衰老的过程。We measured the vitality of SOD in serum of rabbits before and after feeding them Yuanshou Oral Liquor for one month. The vitality of SOD before and after feeding the liquor was 134.44±11.85NU/ml and 152.6±9.03NU/ml, respectively. There was notably statistical difference (P<0.01), which demonstrated that Yuanshou Oral Liquor improved the vitality of SOD in animals, and delayed the senility of animal organism.
