摘　　要：简述了合成氨中压联醇甲醇合成塔内件的主要种类及其优缺点,介绍了新开发的低阻力两轴一径甲醇合成塔设计思路及结构。实际应用表明,新内件既取得了轴径向温差较小的优点,又提高了内件的生产负荷,减小了循环量,因此阻力较低,使中压联醇运行状况得到了明显改善。A brief account is given of the main kinds of internals for the methanol converter in the medium-pressure integrated methanol process and its strong and weak points as well as the design thinking and structure of the newly developed low-resistance two-axial and one-radial methanol converter. The actual use shows that the new internals not only have the advantage of small difference between process.
