摘  要:本实验主要是通过观测周围神经缺血再灌注损伤时电生理,神经细胞内钙离子,自由基含量和组织结构的变化及氯丙嗪和甘露醇各自的保护作用。结果表明,缺血6小时应用氯丙嗪、甘露醇,再灌注5小时后潜伏期(LAN)由3.756±0.206ms减至2.584±0.233ms和2.216±0.096ms;传导速度(NMCV)由12.418±1.011m/s增至18.760±0.483m/s和21.320±0.676m/s;波幅(AMP)由1.262±0.256mV增至4.358±0.242mV和7.108±0.439mV。神经细胞内钙由77.794±8.268μg/g减至24.770±2.245μg/g和42.138±3.489μg/g.缺血6小时应用氯丙嗪、甘露醇再灌注30分钟,自由基由37.545±4.475(Ymax/μg)减至25.206±2.963(Ymax/μg)知11.135±1.806(Ymax/μg).组织形态学的变化也说明损伤程度得到明显抑制.甘露醇的作用优于氯丙嗪.二者均可用于防治周围神经的再灌注损伤。In this study we compared the protections of chlorpromazine and mannitol against the injury incurred by ischemic reperfusion in rabbit peripheral nerves, We also made observations for electrophysiological and morphologic changes in rabbit peripheral nerves- The results of our studies indicated that using chlorpromazine (12.5mg/kg) and 20% mannitol (5ml/kg) reperfused 5h after 6hischemia, LAN was reduced from 3.756±0.206ms to 2.584±0.233ms and 2.216±0.096ms, NMCVincreased from 12.418±1 .011m/s to 18.760±0.483m/s and 21.320±0.676m/s, AMP increased from1 .262±0.256mV to 4.358±0.242mV and 7. 108±0.439mV. The contens of calcium in cell were reducedfrom 77.794±8.268μg/g to 24.770±2.245μg/g and 42.138±3.489μg/g. After 30 min reperfusion, the freeradicals were reduced from 37.545±4. 475(Ymax/μg) to 25.206±2.963(Ymax/μg) and 11.136±1.806(Ymax/μg). Our results also indicated that after administration of chlorpromazine or mannitol, the extentsof tissue darnage were inhibited. The effect of mannitol was more potent than that of chlorpromazine.Chlorpromazine and mannitol could be used to prevent and treat the reperfusion injury in rabbitperipheral nerves.
