“以人为本”思想在城市规划领域中的应用

摘　　要：本文从时间和空间两个维度提出了城市规划领域中"以人为本"思想的应用问题。深刻分析了"以人为本"思想提出的现实意义,从时间维度的分析角度,提出了"尊重前人、关怀今人、善待后人的规划才能真正做到以人为本,城市的发展才有生命力"的观点;从空间维度的分析角度,通过宏观、中观和微观尺度的分析,解决"人以谁为本、谁以人为本和以谁人为本"的问题。为了达成空间上和时间上的和谐,必须坚持以文化传存为脉络、以经济发展为基础、以生态保护为保障。只有在时间上和空间上的和谐,才能达到和谐城市,最终构建和谐社会。城市规划就是为构建和谐社会架构一个舞台。This paper presented the application of ＂people-oriented＂ thinking in the field of urban planning from the time and spatial dimension. From the point of the time dimension, the real ＂peopleoriented＂ in urban planning should be respecting the predecessor, caring for the people of this era and well thinking for the people in the future, thus there will be vitality with the urban development. In the spatial dimension, we should solve the issues of ＂human take who as root＂, ＂who take mankind as root＂ and ＂taking who as root＂. For seeking harmony between the time and the space, we should take the cultural biography as the vein, the economical development as the foundation, and the ecology protection as the security. Only the harmony in the time and the spatial, we can achieve the harmonious city, and finally construct the harmonious society. Urban planning plays the key role for our harmonious society.
