摘　　要：欧盟于2005年7月22日推出了生态化设计指令，为耗能产品的生态化设计要求设立了框架性的规定。而实际的生态化设计要求则落在与产品类别对应的所谓实施措施中。到目前为止，欧盟已经推出了街灯和待机能耗二项实施措施草案。对于其他产品类别而言，有一部分已经完成了编写草案之前必须经过的研究阶段，这些产品有：煮水器、热水器、电池充电器、外部电源适配器以及商业用途电冰箱和制冷机。另外，有20余种产品类别的研究正在进行之中，The Ecod esig n Dire ctive was published on 22 July 2005, establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-using products. The actual ecodesign requirements will be laid down separately for each product category in so-called implementing measures. So far drafts of implementing measures are published for street lighting and standby energy consumption. For other product categories studies, a prerequisite before drafting an implementing measure, are completed, e.g. for boilers and water heaters, battery chargers and external power supplies,
