摘　　要：2008年7月7日，在生态化设计管理委员会的会议上，欧盟成员国签署了一个委员会法规提案，该法规旨在降低家用或办公室产品的待机能耗，包括的产品有：微波炉、电视机、电脑，等等。该法规为所有投放到欧洲市场的产品设立能效要求，以图使欧盟待机耗电总量在2020年之前大幅削减将近七成半，CO2排放量也将减少到大约每年一千四百万吨。During the meeting of the Ecodesign Regulatory Com mittee on 07 July 2008, the EU Member States endorsed the Commission＇ s proposal for a regulation reducing standby energy consumption of household and office products, such as microwave ovens, TVs, computers, etc. The regulation lays down energy efficiency requirements for all products sold in Europe,thus cutting the EU＇s standby electricity consumption by almost 75% by 2020 and saving approximately 14 Mt CO2 emissions per year.
