退行性腰椎管狭窄症的外科治疗

摘　　要：本文报道了选择性椎板切除椎管扩大减压术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症６９例。术后平均随访３年半，优良率为８９％。简要介绍了手术方法，着重讨论有关病因，诊断及外科治疗，提出手术适应证、手术方式和术中应注意的问题。Sixty-nine cases with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were treated by selective laminectomy deoompression.The follow-up period was 30 months in average,and the excellent and good results was 89%.The authors discussed he factors and diagnosis of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.The operative indication and procedre were discribed and the problems of this operation was introduced.
