摘 要:在分析磁力轴承结构和磁场理论的基础上,提出了一种精度高、测量小间隙的磁力轴承磁场传感器;设计了磁场传感器的主要相关电路,并对各元器件进行了选择、计算和分析。实验结果表明,该磁场传感器能满足实际测量要求。A kind of sensitive magnetic field sensor was designed based on the analysis of magnetic bearing structure and magnetic field theory, which is used in measurement of magnetic bearing gap. The main circuit of the sensor was designed and components were chosen and analyzed. The results show that this kind of magnetic field sensor can satisfy the demand of actual testing. However, much importance should be attached to the fact that whether the measurement of the magnetic field is accurate or not affects the magnetic bearing directly in designing, analyzing and controlling.
