摘　　要：针对小批量、多品种复杂产品设计中输入输出关系繁琐的问题,提出了一种基于产品设计结构矩阵的参数化设计方法。用它来表示性能和产品的各种参数,对矩阵用序列二叉树进行分解与解耦操作,将设计分解为独立、不相关的子问题处理。并应用于液压缸设计,获得了较好的效果。Aimed at the fussy problems of input output relations in the design of small batched multi-variety complicated products, a kind of parameterized designing method based on structural matrix of product design was put forward. The capability and various parameters of the products were expressed by using this method. Resolution and decoupling operation on the matrix were carried out by the use of sequential binary tree. Let the designing method be resolved into independent, disrelated sub-issues for processing and be applied to the design of hydraulic cylinder and acquired better effect.
