摘 要:采用电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪等方法对交通肇事逃逸现场油漆和嫌疑车辆油漆进行了比对检验,对得到的检验结果提出先计算出同一谱图中第i个元素与该谱图的主要元素的比值,再应用电子表格excel程序绘制折线图,通过折线符合情况,提出了电子显微镜对油漆物证同一性认定的方法,从实践中解决了过去只能应用元素特征强度进行油漆物证同一认定的问题。The varnish materials, between the spot of transportation casualty and suspected vehicle, is comparatively determined by SEM and EDX. According to the computing specific value of the weight percent between the number i element and the main chemical element in the same pattern, the fold line figure of examination result of the varnish materials is drawn by excel spreadsheet procedure. Base on match circumstance of the both fold line, the authorship identification method of varnish material evidence by SEM and EDX was put forward The method resolves the problem that authorship identification method only by element characteristic intensity in the past, which is inconvenient to operate during the law court identified fulfillment.
