野战X光片辅助洗片装置环境适应性实验研究

摘　　要：野战条件下,自动洗片机常因缺乏电源而无法正常工作。野战X光片辅助洗片装置的研制可很好解决在野外复杂地理、气候条件下的X光片洗片功能。该装置不仅可以较好的实现平时对于放射科工作人员的训练任务,使他们了解摄影后的X胶片进入洗片过程的每一个步骤要领,达到熟悉和适应野战条件下的对野战影像技师要求;同时该装置还可作为野战医院或卫生队平时的洗片之用。为验证该洗片装置在复杂地理、气候条件下能否正常工作,我们设计了一组模拟野战环境条件的洗片试验。结果洗出的胶片质量合格率为100%。Under the battlefield condition, automatic film developing machines are often unable to operate normally since being lack of power supply, The development of battlefield X-ray auxiliary film developing is a very good solution to develop film under the open country complex geography, climatic conditions, The instrument can not only train the technicians well in radiology department, making them understand the every step of X-ray film developing and be familiar with and adapt the request of a radiology technician under the battlefield condition, but also it can be used for usually developing film for field hospitals or the medical teams. To verify whether the instrument could operate normally under the complex geography, climatic conditions, we designed a group of film developing experiments under the simulated battlefield environment, The results show that the qualified rate of developed films are 100%.
