摘　　要：目的研究南山茶子拮抗孕激素作用。方法用系统溶剂分离法将南山茶子醇提物分成极性不同的组分,利用重组人孕激素受体基因酵母生物检测法筛选南山茶子拮抗孕激素活性部位。结果5个组分都表现出拮抗孕激素的效应,活性强弱依次为醋酸乙酯层>正丁醇层>石油醚层>水层>醇提物。结论醋酸乙酯部位可能为南山茶子拮抗孕激素的活性部位。Objective To study the antiprogestin active parts of the seeds of Camellia serrdserrate Chi. Methods The seeds of Camellia serrdserrate Chi. extract was separated into four fractions according to polarity, its antiprogestin active parts was investigated by a recombinant yeast screening assay. Results The five fractions showed antiprogestin activity, and the order of the estrogenic activity of these fractions was ethyl acetate 〉 normal butyl alcohol 〉 petroleum ether 〉 water extract 〉 alcohol extraction.
