虎杖煎剂对豚鼠离体心脏和兔主动脉平滑肌作用机理的研究

摘　　要：目的观察虎杖煎剂对豚鼠离体心脏右心房及兔主动脉平滑肌运动的影响及其作用机理。方法将豚鼠右心房或兔主动脉平滑肌置于离体平滑肌槽内,用生理记录仪记录其活动的变化。结果虎杖可加快豚鼠离体右心房率,可降低兔离体主动脉平滑肌静息张力。结论虎杖对豚鼠离体右心房率的增快作用,可能与α受体、β受体、Ca2+有关,与M受体无关;虎杖的扩血管作用,可能与α受体、H1受体有关,与β受体、Ca2+、M受体无关。Objective To research the effects and mechanisms of Huzhang on isolated right atria in guinea - pig heart and isolated rabbit vascular smooth muscle. Methods Right atrias of guinea - pig and rabbit vascular smooth muscle were suspended in smooth muscle chambers , isolated right atria rates and resting tension of rabbit vascular smooth muscle were recorded. Results Huzhang increased the rates of guinea - pig isolated right atria, and decreased the resting tension in rabbit aorta, Conclusion The effect of Huzhang on the rates of isolated right atria in guinea - pig heart may be mediated via α - receptor, β - receptor, Ca^2＋ , but not be related to M - receptor; the effect of Huzhang on the rabbit aorta may be mediated via α - receptor, H1 - receptor, Ca^2 ＋ , but not be related to β- receptor, Ca^2＋ , and M- receptor.
