槐定碱有关物质的薄层色谱法研究

摘　　要：目的建立薄层色谱法检查槐定碱中有关物质的方法。方法采用碱性硅胶G薄层板,苯-丙酮-甲醇(8∶3∶0.5)(氨蒸气饱和)为展开剂,依次喷稀碘化铋钾试液和30%的硫酸乙醇溶液显色。结果主成分与其他生物碱、降解产物的斑点能得到较好的分离。结论该法可用于槐定碱提取工艺、原料和制剂的质量监控。Objective To establish the method of Thin - Layer Chromatography for sophoridine and its impurities. Methods Lamella of basic silica gel G was adopted. The spread solvent was made of Benzene - Acetone - Methanol （8： 3： 0.5） （They are saturated by ammonia steam）. Color display was made by spraying sparse Potassium Bismuth Iodide and followed by spraying 30% sulfuric acid ethanol. Results Sophordine and its impurities （such as unrelated alkaloid, degradation product） could be separated . Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of material , preparation and sophoridine extraction process.
