摘  要:目的研究鱼腥草挥发油中主要化学成分在一天中日照时间段的含量变化情况,确定适宜的采收时间。方法对生产中鱼腥草主栽品系的鲜草地上部分挥发油化学成分进行GC/MS分析。结果方差分析结果表明,鱼腥草新品系W01-100和W01-94的挥发油主要化学成分含量在日照时间内无显著变化。其中,W01-94挥发油主要化学成分含量更稳定。鱼腥草地上部分鲜草挥发油的部分主要成分间含量变化相关显著,但不同材料间相同两种成分间的相关性可能不同。结论W01-100和W01-94在整个白天内均可采收。Objective:To study the content change of the main components of the essential oil from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. during daytime, and to ascertain the optimal harvesting time. Methods The essential oil constituents of the fresh aerial parts of two lines were analyzed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrograph (GC/MS). Results The results of variance analysis showed that the essential oil of the two new lines W01 - 100 and W01 - 94 did not change significantly during daytime. The contents of the main components of the essential oil of W01 - 94 were more stable. There were significant correlations between the content changes of some main components of the essential oil from the fresh aerial parts of Houttuynia. , but the correlations between the two same components might be different in different materials. Conclusion W01 - 100 and W01 - 94 can be harvested during the whole daytime.
