山合欢皮化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的对山合欢皮的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化;通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),(-)-丁香树脂酚-4,4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),淫羊藿次苷E5(Ⅲ),β-D-呋喃果糖基-α-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),L-2-哌啶酸(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从山合欢皮中分离得到。Objective：To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the Albizzia kalkora （Roxb） Prain. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, and elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results Five compounds were obtained as follows ： （ - ） - syringaresinol - 4 - O - β - D - glncopyranoside （ Ⅰ ）, （ - ） - syringa- resinol - 4,4′- bis - O - β - D - glncopyranoside（ Ⅱ ）, icarside E5 （ Ⅲ ）, D - （ ＋ ） - sucrose（ Ⅳ ）, L - 2 - piperidinecarboxylic acid（ Ⅴ ）. Conclusion Five compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
