复方野葛根胶囊剂的成型工艺研究

摘　　要：目的确定复方野葛根胶囊剂成型工艺条件。方法利用spss软件,用正交设计法优选制粒工艺条件。结果最佳制粒工艺条件为3%低取代羟丙基纤维素,3%内加微晶纤维素,5%外加微晶纤维素。结论该工艺合理,所制得颗粒成型性好,抗潮性能强,流动性好。Objective To optimize the molding technology of Compound Pueraria lobata Capsules. Methods The optimization of formulation was performed by orthogonal design and muhiple guidelines with soft ware. Results The optimized formulation of the preparation was 3% L- HPC, 3% anterior- mix microcrystalline cellulose and 5% posterior-mix microcrystalline cellulose. Conclusion The technology is reasonable, the extract powder is easy to be formed, the granules made is moisture - resistant and has a good fluidity.
