青消方对肝癌大鼠保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察柔肝散结中药青消方对肝癌大鼠的保护作用。方法40只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、青消方组、青消方防治组(简称"防治组"),每组10只。除空白组外,其余3组大鼠均以含0.05%2-AAF的饲料喂养12周,防治组在诱癌的同时灌服青消方;青消方组于诱癌第4周开始给药,剂量均为25 g.kg-1.d-1。12周末对各组大鼠丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷草氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、抑瘤率等指标进行检测。结果模型组肝功能受损明显;青消方组、防治组与模型组相比,肝功能指标得到改善,抑瘤率明显升高(P<0.01),防治组优于青消方组(P<0.05)。结论柔肝散结中药青消方对肝癌大鼠肝功能具有保护作用,并能抑制肿瘤生长,早期治疗疗效更佳。Objective To observe the effect of QingXiaoFang on rats of liver cancer. Methods 40 SD rats were divided four groups at random：blank group, model group, QingXiaoFang group, FangZhi group and 10 rats in every group. Except blank group, other three groups were fed with forage containing 0.05% 2 - AAF successively for 12 weeks. FangZhi group was lavaged with QingXiaoFang when cancer was induced. QingXiaoFang group was administered from the 4th week by 25g·kg^-1·d^-1. The expression of ALT,AST,AKP,AFP and the tumor inhibitory rate in every group was detected at the 12th week. Results The damage of liver function was obvious in model group. Compared with model group, QingXiaoFang and FangZhi could significantly improve liver function,increase the tumor inhibitory rate. Conclusion QingXiaoFang can protect the liver function of liver cancer rats, and inhibit the tumor growth, especially in earlier period.
