摘 要:目的优选淫羊藿黄酮类物质的制备工艺。方法设计了6种提取工艺对粗毛淫羊藿黄酮类物质的制备进行了研究。结果6种工艺提取物产量顺序为工艺6,1>工艺2>工艺3,4,5。不同工艺提取物总黄酮含量有极显著差异,其高低依次为:工艺3>工艺1>工艺2>工艺4>工艺5>工艺6。工艺2,4,6提取物淫羊藿苷含量最高,其次是工艺3,均显著高于其余工艺,而工艺1提取物的淫羊藿苷含量最低,平均值仅有0.70%。结论工艺2和3较好,其提取物产量、总黄酮含量和淫羊藿苷含量均较高,对相关产业的发展具有一定的参考意义。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from E. acuminatum. Methods Six extraction technologies were compared by the extracting output and the content of flavonoids and icariin. Results The order of extracting output was Technology - 6 and 1 〉 Technology - 2 〉 Technology - 4, 3 and 5. There were significant differences among flavone contents in extracts from six technics, with the order: Technology- 3 〉 Technology- 1 〉 Technology-2 〉 Technology-4 〉 Technology - 5 and 6. The icariin contents of extracts from technology 2, 4, and 6 were the highest, Technology 3 the second, and they were all significant higher than the others. The icariin content of Technology - 1 extract was the lowest, only 0.70%. Conclusion The better extracting technologies are Technology 2 and 3, which have higher extracting output, flavone and icarii contents from E. acuminatum than others.
