摘　　要：目的研究马鬃蛇醇提物(CVAE)对去卵巢大鼠雌激素水平及血脂的影响。方法手术制备去卵巢大鼠模型。CVAE灌胃21d。用放免法测定血清E2,FSH水平;用酶法测定血清TC,TG含量;镜下观察子宫内膜的组织病理学改变。结果CVAE高、低剂量均可显著升高血清E2水平;CVAE高剂量可降低血清FSH及TC水平,可使大鼠出现动情期提前,子宫的脏器系数增加;镜下观察显示,CVAE高剂量组子宫内膜增厚,腺体数量增多。结论CVAE可明显改善去卵巢大鼠的雌激素水平降低,对大鼠去卵巢后脂质代谢紊乱也有一定的改善作用。Objective To study the influence of Calotes versicolor Alcohol Extracts（CVAE） on the estrogen level and blood lipid in ovariectomy rats. Methods The ovariectomy female rats were made, then were treated with CVAE, i. g, for 21 days. The levels of serum estradiol（ E2 ） and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） were determined by the radio - immunoassay. The contents of serum total cholesterol（TC） and triglycerides（TG） were determined by enzyme technology. The histopathological change in mucous membrane was observed with microscope. Results The low and high doses of CVAE significantly enhanced the level of E2. The high dose of CVAE decreased the level of serum FSH and the content of serum TC, made the phenomenon of rat oestrus be reserved beforehand, and increased the uterine coefficient. The microscopic examination results showed that the endometrium in high dose of CVAE group was proliferated and thickened, the gland was decreased in number. Condttsion CVAE can significantly elevate estrogen level and improve lipid metabolism disorder.
