摘 要:目的对不同采摘期、不同用药部位益母草中所含盐酸水苏碱进行比较比较,找出合理的用药方案。方法薄层色谱(TLC)法以正丁醇-盐酸-醋酸乙酯(8∶3∶1)为展开剂,稀碘化铋钾试液为显色剂。结果童子益母草根、茎、叶、全草中盐酸水苏碱含量都很高,尤其以叶中为最多,茎中略少,干益母草叶(包括花)中盐酸水苏碱含量较高,其次是全草,茎则含量较低。结论如果以水苏碱作为益母草的用药目的则童子益母草优于干益母草,干益母草中叶优于茎。Objective To compare the content of hydrochloric stachydrine between different harvest periods and different parts in Leonurus japonicus Houtt, and find a proper method to use as medicine. Methods n - Butanol - Hydrochloric Acid - Ethyl Acetate (8: 3: 1 ) was used as developing agents, the dilute potassium heptaiodobismuthate iodide test solution was used as the colordeveloping agent. Results The contents of hydrochloric stachydrine in root , stem, leaf and the plant in tender Leonurus japonicus Houtt were very high ,particularly in leaf ,the content in stem was less. The content of hydrochloric stachydrine in Leonurus japonicus Houtt leaf (including flower) was higher than that in the plant, the content in the stem was less. Conclusion The tender Leonurus japonicus Houtt used as medicine is prior to the Leonurus japonicus Houtt , the leaf is prior to the steam in the Leonurus japonicus Houtt.
