摘  要:目的采用分光光度法测定硒(Ⅳ)的含量。方法在硝酸介质中,用Se(Ⅳ)催化KBrO3氧化亚甲蓝的褪色反应。LogA0/A与硒的含量呈现出良好的线形关系。结果方法的测定范围在0~5μg·dm^-3,灵敏度0.3527μg·dm^-3。此体系可选择多种阳离子,如:Cu^2+,K^+,Fe^3+等可在测定Se(Ⅳ)时共存。结论用于中草药中Se(Ⅳ)的测定,效果较好。Objective To describe a spectrophotometric method for the determination of selenium (Ⅳ) , Methods The selenium (Ⅳ) was catalyzed oxidation of methyl bule with KBrO3 in nitric acid medium. As the redox reaction proceeded,the blue colour of the dye was decolourized. Results LogA0/A showed good linear relationship with the amount of selenium. The detection range of the method was 0 - 5 μg·dm^-3 with sensitivity of 0. 3527 μg·dm^-3. Most of the cations, such as, copper, potassium, iron, etc. can coexist in the system during the determination of Se (Ⅳ). Conclusion The method is simple, satisfactory and can be used for the determination of Se(Ⅳ) in Chinese herbal drugs
