子宫内膜异位症术后应用异位宁与丹那唑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症术后应用异位宁与丹那唑的疗效及副反应。方法选择Ⅲ期子宫内膜异位症术后患者60例，随机分为3组。异位宁组于术后第7天口服异位宁2次／d，200ml／次；丹那唑组于术后第7天口服，2～3次／d，200mg／次，疗程均为6个月，随访6～30个月。对照组术后两种药均不用。结果异位宁、丹那唑组复发率分别为4．0％和4．5％低于未用药纽的30．7％（P〈0．05），异位宁与丹那唑纽复发率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），异位宁副反应率8％明显低于丹那唑组22．7％（P〈0．05）。结论异位宁于预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发与丹那唑的疗效相似，但副反应少，易于广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side - effects of YiWeiNing and Danazol on treatment of patients with endometriosis （ stage Ⅲ ） after laparotomy. Methods 60 eases of endometriosis （ stage Ⅲ ） after laparotomy were randomly divided into 3 groups： YiWeiNing group was administered YiWeiNing 200ml, Bid, from the 7th day after laparotomy;Danazol group which was administered 200rag of Danazol, Bid - Tid, from the 7th day after laparotomy, for 6 months and was followed up for 6 -30 months ; Control group wasn 〈t administered the two medicines. Results The recurrent rats of YiWeiNing group, Danazol group and control group were 4% , 4.5% and 30.9%. There was not statistic significance between YiWeiNing group and Danazol group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was statistic significance between the treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The side - effect rate of YiWeiNing group and Danazol group were 8% and 22.7%. The differences in the groups had statistic significance. Conclusion YiWeiNing was similar to Danazol in the therapeutic effects to prevent postoperation recurrence, but YiWeiNing has few side -effects and was widely applied in clinical treatment.
