摘　　要：介绍了C级无溶剂有机硅浸渍漆(TJ1173)的性能和应用工艺。应用工艺表明:无溶剂有机硅浸渍漆是一种高性能绿色环保的新型绝缘材料。其优异的耐高低温性能、绝缘性能满足C级绝缘要求,浸渍和固化应用工艺简便,适用于电机的真空压力浸渍绝缘处理并获得无气隙的整体性绝缘结构。A new type of grade C solvent-free silicone impregnating varnish （TJ1173） was reported. The application process shows that the varnish is an environment-friendly insulation material with high performance in high and low temperature resistance, and insulating property. The impregnating and curing process is simple and convenient that adapts to the vacuum pressure impregnating process of motors. A void-free integrated insulation structure is achieved.
